How to Measure Your Head
First
Identify your head shape by having someone look down at your head from above (bird’s eye view). Is your head a Round Oval, Long Oval, or a Regular Oval?

Measure the circumference of your head with a flexible measuring tape. For most people the largest circumference of the skull is low on the brow and about a finger’s width above the ear.
